Nice workmanship but falls a bit short on craftsmanship with rim finishing and lid fitting. Still it is a good value. This is a Viking knockoff, Viking being a 10 this being a 9. I'm a professional chef and the CIA has a solid reputation for culinary knowledge. Viking has a great reputation for making the worlds best cookware.
