CIA 23507 Review: Culinary Institute of America Masters Collection 3-Quart Saucier with Cover. I am very clear about my criteria for cookware. Pans must feel substantial without being too heavy, must heat evenly, must be easy to clean, must be adaptable to a variety of uses, and finally, must look good hanging in my kitchen.
