Mattel L1553 Review: Matchbox Trash Truck. I have been searching for regular trucks that my two sons that have a degenerative neuromuscular disease along with Autism could play with. Most have gadgets that could be bitten off, or make loud noises without a volume button etc. This truck once the batteries were taken out is wonderful. Usually my son has a toy torn up within 24 hours of receiving it. This truck is still going strong after a week or so. He's not been able to bite anything off of it. And it's been rugged enough ...
